Rebath ======= We had a pretty lousy experience with Rebath and do not recommend them at all. We hired them through Home Depot to replace two toilets and redo our shower for $7,880. After they finished the work, we then moved in to paint our bathroom to match. This is when we realized they had taken the silicon caulk and smeared it out up to an inch on the wall and ceiling. This by itself looked... Read more

Purchased a tub enclosure and within a few yrs the mold was terrible and the faucet was losing its finish. The office staff were rude and didn't really want to help. Months later they finally replaced it. Now two years later the caulking is moldy coming away from the enclosure and the faucet is leaking and losing its finish again. Upon calling the office the office manager was rude and... Read more

Worked for REBATH, and after quitting because I could not make ends meet because their pay structure was ridiculous, I found out that they were bad mouthing me to my customers saying that I was fired for being dishonest when I actually quit. Then I found out later, when I confronted them about the slander, that the owner and sales manager decoded not to pay me the commissions for any jobs I had... Read more

Rebath used to itimize the individual costs of there products (they stopped in 2007).Since the recession began in 2008 there prices have gone up by 1/3 to 1/2.The salesmen sell the job for whatever they think the client can bare.I know because i installed for them for 5 plus years.Buyer beware and good luck Add comment

The installer was great but the product is not worth the cost. It was $7367.00 for a walk in shower. Should have been only half that. The caulk started molding within 2 weeks. They came and recaulked it 2 weeks later same thing.if you don't wipe it down with a clean dry towel every time you use it, its gonna mold. I bought this cause I'm disabled and wanted to make it easier on myself but its a... Read more

Rebath attempted to repair a damage tub spout that they installed in our bathroom after they remodeled, but did not complete the job as the insurance Company advised them to which left mold and a leaking sealing in my gareage. I simply want them to come back and complete the project they started and stop making excuses and take responsibility. They repaired one section but not the other...I have... Read more

Rebath of Houston ripped off my 72 year old mother by charging over $10,000.00 for a piece of *** plastic shower. The told her she was getting a great "deal" and had to decide TODAY. What she got was flimsy plastic walls and a lot of clean up after they left in a hurry with the check. Terrible that this is not against the law. Beware Rebath of Houston! Read more

I have had my Re Bath job done approx 5 years ago.At the time the job was put in there was a mark on the new panel and the installing contractor tried to cover it up with white caulking. At the time he said he would replace the panel. THAT NEW HAPPENED. Approx 5 years later now the caulking they installed is covered with mold. I talked to the people from Re Bath Pittsburgh,Pa division and they... Read more

Hired Re Bath of Wyoming to redo our shower and tub into a new large shower. A promise of 3 days was made and nearly 2 months later it was finally (we thought) finished. Measuring issues for doors were wrong. We had to wait weeks to get the actual shower doors. Flooring was measured wrong and it ended up being pieced together after having to order more to finish the job. Went to use the... Read more

The samples were wonderful. The presentation was professional. Out choices of ALL materials were from their brochures. The base cabinet would be custom-made in Iowa and shipped to Phoenix. We wanted a cast iron/porcelain tub. We were strongly warned against that. Our tub, our choice. Their tubs were favored by the designer. We, also, wanted a tiled tub surround. He wanted full sheeting. Choice of... Read more
