Rebath installed a shower no one can use
Rebath installed a new shower in our bathroom that no one can use. I am 5'3" and my head is nearly hitting the ceiling. They brought the floor of the shower up so high off the ground that it is uncomfortable to get in and out of. A walk in shower should not be raised up to tub height and so short that only children can use it. Prior to instalation, we were told we would be in constant contact with the company about delivery but they never called except the day they showed up to let them in.

Re-bath of Framingham installed a new tub and walls yesterday. During installation a main wire was cut while cutting out the existing tub. It took the man over an hr just to get a return call from the boss. They had no phone number in case of a problem. She spoke with me and basically said they would pay for 1/2 the repair even though we had nothing to do with the damage. My husband had to go get the stuff to fix the wire before they could finish the job. I felt she should have offered to pay 100% of the cost since it was thier fault. If they were not responsible who was? Did not cover the carpets completely I had to keep adjusting the material they used to cover the area of the stairs and bottom floor. Men were nice, but the response from the upper management spoke volumes to me. $5,000 was the price dont you think they should have repaired the wire? I DO!

Do not use Re-Bath. I compared Re-Bath to Bathfitters at the Vancouver B.C. Home Show and went with Re-Bath as the franchisee promised an earlier completion date. As per his invoice 09-05, December 11, 2009, which I've paid in full, in fact overpaid on the tax by his error, for work done December 11, that work has yet to be completed and is needing SILICONING and FAUCETS as per the invoice. The franchisee has vanished off the face of the earth, with all numbers defunct, and unresponsive to mail. That's very very wrong, and no way to run any business. Do not use Re-Bath.
