Went by their today. Mail is piled up against the door, and a Ups receipt is on the front door from November 4th, 2011.

Looks like they didn't have the real business sense and capability to stay open.

In the future I would advise to never mess with someones employment opportunities.

That someone could put a report on ripoffreport.com and ruin you. NFWM.

This company is a joke here in Wyoming, a bunch of under qualified contractors and lackies when it comes to management. The owner is a retard and his guys have no experience at all.

I have a few friends that used them and all they do is complain. All three of them have had numerous repairs from leaky this or that.

They can't even install a toilet properly, and they are not even plumber but do plumbing.

Pissed customer...... :(

I can back this statement up. I was a Trainer for them and never trained a single owner.

A true Franchise, offers and has qualified people on board to train franchise owners. The President does not believe in training, give them a training manual and we have done our job! Guy has no clue how to manage people, what a true franchise is and how you operate a franchise.

This is not a true franchise it should have continued on as a distributorship. The ownership group switched to a franchise so they can make more $ when they sell the company.

BUYER BE WARE.

No training and very little support.

Rebath installed a shower no one can use

Rebath installed a new shower in our bathroom that no one can use. I am 5'3" and my head is nearly hitting the ceiling. They brought the floor of the shower up so high off the ground that it is uncomfortable to get in and out of. A walk in shower should not be raised up to tub height and so short that only children can use it. Prior to instalation, we were told we would be in constant contact with the company about delivery but they never called except the day they showed up to let them in.

Rebath Sucks...true customer....Make sure you receive the right parts that your ordered...Incorrect door.Going on two weeks now still no shower door.When you call you often get the run around and do not expect them to return your call.If I had to do it over...it's not worth the trouble.

Cut a main wire. | ReBath review from Paxton, Massachusetts

Re-bath of Framingham installed a new tub and walls yesterday. During installation a main wire was cut while cutting out the existing tub. It took the man over an hr just to get a return call from the boss. They had no phone number in case of a problem. She spoke with me and basically said they would pay for 1/2 the repair even though we had nothing to do with the damage. My husband had to go get the stuff to fix the wire before they could finish the job. I felt she should have offered to pay 100% of the cost since it was thier fault. If they were not responsible who was? Did not cover the carpets completely I had to keep adjusting the material they used to cover the area of the stairs and bottom floor. Men were nice, but the response from the upper management spoke volumes to me. $5,000 was the price dont you think they should have repaired the wire? I DO!

Tub Liners are not all they do. Pacific Coast Rebath has become a Platinum Franchise within this last year, and are a FULL bathroom remodeling company.

they Do offer the liner system which is what they are know for but their liner systems is just the tip of the ice berg if you are looking for a Full Bathroom remodel with new Vanities, toilets, mirrors, toilets...etc...and as long as their is existing plumbing can do pretty much anything within the bathroom.

Re-Bath took my money, started a job, did not complete, then vanished. | ReBath review from Vancouver, British Columbia

Do not use Re-Bath. I compared Re-Bath to Bathfitters at the Vancouver B.C. Home Show and went with Re-Bath as the franchisee promised an earlier completion date. As per his invoice 09-05, December 11, 2009, which I've paid in full, in fact overpaid on the tax by his error, for work done December 11, that work has yet to be completed and is needing SILICONING and FAUCETS as per the invoice. The franchisee has vanished off the face of the earth, with all numbers defunct, and unresponsive to mail. That's very very wrong, and no way to run any business. Do not use Re-Bath.
