My wife and I had Re-bath come out to give us a quote to replace a standard bath tub and tile. Upon arrival at our home, the sales person first identified that her was with Home Depot/Re-Bath and then went into his high pressure sales pitch.

Ultimately, he was at our home for 3 hours and I had to get rude with him to get him to leave. He quoted us almost $10k and after much rejection, dropped the quote to $6900.00. When I still said "no", he then tried to play my wife and I against each other and said the price was so low that he might cry (I'm serious, he actually said that). I then got him a tissue and said he was going to need it.

When we finally told him we were done with the quote and not going to sign anything that day and we would get back to him in a few days, he became agitated and said there was no point and he would not come back. I do not recommend this company as a contractor.

Reason of review: High pressure sales tactics.

Don't call them to come into your home. They are extremely high pressure and thousands overpriced.

They say that the warranty and product is worth it. That is questionable. We unfortunately were pressured into job!

Not to mention stayed for hours until we signed a contract. I do regret big time!
