ReBath - Respresent stated installation 10-12 week, now it is 16 weeks
The sales represented stated that it would be 10 to 12 weeks for installation of new shower. After 13 weeks and no contact by Re-bath, I called and they stated they would have to check our status and call me back.
They never called back. I called again and they stated they would get back to me with a date for installation. They called back and stated it would be a certain date. They then called back two days before the installation date and said it would be another month, because they did not have the man-power.
I asked to have the project manager call me.
No response from the company. The company promises service but when the time comes there is none.
Monetary Loss: $5000.

Rebath is located in AZ, why is Rachael responding from all over the country? Is this a service company they hired to respond to complaints?

Add overprice to this list. This is the most overprice remodeling company in Dothan, AL for both material and labor.
ReBath of the Southeast in Alabama doesn't even honor the lifetime warranty.
Delivery took 12 wks. We did a total redo
including a new tile floor.
The work took
3 days and they did a super job. It looks fantastic.
Same problem we have in Carolina. "We do not have the man power" means in English, "We spent your money and we need to sell something to someone else to keep this Ponzi scam working." Never gives theses people deposits for materials a real company has the cash to buy materials. Think about it.
